Lowongan Kerja Shopee Indonesia – Shopee (PT Shopee International Indonesia) adalah platform perdagangan elektronik yang berkantor pusat di Singapura di bawah SEA Group (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Garena), yang didirikan pada 2009 oleh Forrest Li.

1. QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD – CONTENT, OPERATIONS

Job Description

  • Lead the Quality Assurance function
  • Act as a mentor for the team, provide solutions and input for system development
  • Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure that the Quality Assurance process meets quality standards
  • Delegate work to team members and able to execute projects relevantly and effectively
  • Review projects, work schedules, work plans, and all documentations related to Quality Assurance
  • Maintain and improve Quality Assurance performance
  • Perform Quality Assurance process audits to ensure that team members meet quality standards
  • Participate in calibrating the assessment results of the Quality Assurance team and ensuring that the assessment results are in accordance with the standards

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance roles
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Intermediate English speaking skill
  • Proactive, strong initiative, detail oriented and able to manage tasks effectively
  • Experience in operating Ms. Excel/Google Sheets, Ms. Word/Google Docs, Ms. Powerpoint/Google Slides, and good reporting capabilities
  • Good Technical skills/special skills such as data processing, MySQL, VBA (virtual basic excel), Python, data explanation, dashboard performance, create mastering/forms will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in teams or independently
  • Familiar with and/or active in using video platforms
  • Willing to be placed in Solo

2. BLACKLIST KEYWORD LEAD – CONTENT, OPERATIONS

Job Description

  • Identify keywords based on finding item
  • Allocate task to agent
  • Build an effective team communication
  • Manage and mitigate any potential issue

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and task management skills
  • Excellent leadership skill in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes
  • Hands-on experience in product knowledge
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough over a great deal of data
  • Proactive and initiative work ethics with eagerness to learn
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Excel (IF, PIVOT, VLOOKUP, etc)
  • Ability to develop a good report and presentation
  • Familiar with REGEX (Regular Expression) will be an advantage
  • Willing to be placed in Solo

3. SCREENING TRAINER – CONTENT, OPERATIONS

Job Description

  • Provide various types of training for new-hire and existing operation members based on needs, which includes on-boarding, good case practice sharing, and refresher
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the training program (e.g. Q&A session)
  • Responsible for the training administration and report
  • Deliver the test and analyse the test result at the end of each training session
  • Define and maintain documentation of the most current operational process to be used for training material
  • Coordinate with respective support lead to ensure the accordance of all concern/agenda in every aspect
  • Join briefing prior to training session and calibration session to improve the training material

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and above from all majors
  • Experience as a Trainer (optional) or experience in Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, Manpower Management, or similar positions
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge in working policies, procedures, and rules of operational process
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving is required
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Driven and motivated
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Willing to be placed in Solo
